In-Home Healing Session

Service Description

Attune to your body’s natural rhythm with the help of crystals, alchemy sound bowls and aromatic mists in the comfort of your own home. This session will help to align the energy centres and ground any anxious emotion into the Earth. You will come out of the experience feeling rejuvenated and clear minded. This session includes crystal and sound therapy, energy work like reiki and pranic healing along with other modalities, alchemy crystal bowls and a foot rub to anchor it all into the body. Time is allocated at the beginning and the end of the session to chat about the intention for the session and practices to focus on afterwards. ~Offering available for those within the Calgary city limits~
