Light Body Activation for Children

Service Description

Attune your child's body to its natural rhythm. A session designed specifically for kids. This in-home session includes alchemy sound bowls, crystals and aromatic mists to align the energy centres of the body, activate the light codes within and ground any anxious emotion. A meditation practice will be shared to anchor it all into the body. Time is allocated at the beginning and the end of the session to chat about the intention for the session and practices to focus on afterwards. ~Offering available for those within the Calgary city limits~
